I'm Elham.

I'm a virtual product and project manager, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Master in Public Health (MPH). I have over 7 years of experience working with global enterprises, startups, and small businesses in technical agile project management, product management, and User Experience (UX) design of software applications in healthcare.

My goal is to impact global health outcomes through design. I aim to transform the care experience by re-imagining traditional care pathways, and designing new services that create operational efficiencies, delight patients, and improve overall health outcomes. I lead with patient-centric service design principles. I collaborate with hospitals, health systems, digital health companies, insurance and payers, and pharma/biotech.

  • In technical project management, I led a merger and acquisition rebranding for six acquired companies under Bureau Veritas, a $50B publicly-traded company in inspection and testing

  • In design management, I applied design thinking and developed a UX strategy in migrating an internal knowledge base for Calico Cottage, a large fudge distributor

  • In product management, I’m providing scrum process improvement for technical teams for Tyson Foods, a Fortune 100 company

I have worked with high profile clients in my career in healthcare, hospitality, international trade, and more, including the following to illustrate some of them:

  • Tyson Foods (Fortune 100 company)

  • Bureau Veritas ($50B publicly-traded company)

  • New York State Department of Health (20 million people served per year)

  • ICAP at Columbia University (32.4 Million people tested for HIV)

  • American Chamber of Commerce in Bahrain ($160 Million estimate FTA revenue per year)
